Our Process
From the first call to a finished repair.
From the first call to a finished repair.
Tell us what's going on and where you're located in Bend. We'll ask a few quick questions and get a technician headed your way.
Before any work begins, your technician inspects the drain or line and gives you a clear price. No hourly guesswork and no surprise charges after the fact.
For recurring clogs or suspected line damage, we run a camera inspection first so we know exactly what we're dealing with before recommending a fix.
Snaking, hydro jetting, or root removal — we use the method that matches the problem, whether it's a single slow drain or a full sewer line backup.
We run water and confirm the line is flowing clear before we leave. If anything comes up afterward, call us back and we'll take care of it.
